Two days after we celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary, we were greeted with a new family member.
Noah Rashad Kadir was born on August 5, 2006 at 6:54 pm. He heralded his birth by grabbing onto the scissor handles daddy was holding to cut his umbilical cord as if to say, "no, not yet, I like my umby cord".
Though he did listen to mommy, daddy, and Uwo to hold off on coming until 1.) we passed the 36 week mark and 2.) we got the room and bed ready, he seems to have a strong will and wants things his way. Once he is set, there is no changing him. Just like granddy and Ma Icha.
(Hopefully we can slowly soften this through the years so he'll be more open to things hehe)
He was a beautiful baby, albeit covered with white gunk and wrinkled.
Mommy and daddy are so happy to finally hold Noah in our hands.
